As 30 years have passed since the establishment of laws and policies regarding child protection, it is important to assess the progress made in this field, as well as the remaining challenges to be addressed. In this context, this presentation analyzes the impact of the measures taken on the well-being and safety of children, and the effectiveness of the protection system in preventing and managing abuse, neglect, and other risks.
